Plan the lighting properly
Wireless and panelised describe how the lighting hardware is installed—not whether the wall controls feel elegant. Both can use keypads, scenes, schedules and the Control4 app.
NorthTech’s early view: panelised lighting is usually worth designing early when walls and services are being opened substantially; otherwise wireless may be more practical.
Can the two approaches be mixed? Yes. A hybrid design is possible where the building calls for it, but it is not NorthTech’s usual recommendation. We assess it case by case.
